We use professional troubleshooting procedures and best practices methodology that ensures the work is done right and quickly...there's no guessing as to what the problem is or how to fix it.
Our experts can install, configuring and properly secure your high speed modem, router and your office network. Did you purchase a replacement video card? Need more memory or a larger hard drive? We'll safely install these types of hardware along with network cards, printers, scanners, webcams, and just about anything else. We'll even install that new software package for you.
Our experts can even setup a corporate-grade backup system to ensure that if there is a failure, your data and valuable information isn't lost. Most importantly, your data can then be easily restored!
Flat Rate, Same Day Service
How much is all this going to cost? A lot less than everyone else! We charge a low yearly membership fee for your business and a "per incident" flat rate for each computer repair. Our rates are determined by the number of computers under your maintenance agreement. Please contact us for detailed pricing.

1) Free telephone support!
There are a number of problems that can easily be solved over the phone and we'd be more than happy to help. If we can't solve your issue within a 15 minute window, our service technician will be able to personally service the computer in question.
2) Once-a-year computer update, maintenance and clean up service package!
Bring your computers in once a year for a systems and software update, regular maintenance and system cleanup service. We'll do things like scan, clean and protect your computer from viruses, spyware, and malware. We'll update all your system and application software. We'll perform maintenance such as a Windows Registry integrity check and hard drive defragging. We'll even give your computer a quick clean to remove dust and other particles that could become problematic. Other companies charge anywhere from $75 and up for each computer for this service alone!
3) Free attendance to our workshops!
We conduct between 3 and 6 workshops each year covering a variety of topics...everything from open source software to e-commerce. In fact, if you have a request for a workshop topic, we'd love to hear from you!
